Does anyone have a good effective 3rd party mailing company to send mailers direct to seller?

I’m starting a wholesaling company based in Wyoming and interested in operating in Texas and Florida as a start.

Title company that does assignments ?

Most important is not finding just a title company but a really great agent within that company that you can build a relationship with!

Does anyone have any experience with his company and is willing to share their thoughts?
