Time to manage 100 units???

hello, I own about 100 units split between 6 buildings within 2 miles of each other. All buildings are at least 50 years old but in decent shape. I'm considering firing my management company and managing them myself, hiring one full time maintenance person. Can anyone give me a sense of how much time I can expect to spend managing, assuming I plan to pay someone to do all maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping. I might even outsource leasing, although that is up for debate. Thanks for your insight!

@Kristi Burmeister HELL NO - why one earth would anyone want to screw up their life like that?  Dealing with 100 well behaved tenants is a full time job.  One idiot in the batch and your life will turn into adult day care.  There is a reason that property management companies exist.  That reason is so that you can pay them do deal with all the tenant interaction, and you can perform your highest and best task, which is investing your money so that it works for you.

to your success
