I was trying out the BP rental Calculator as suggested by Brandon Turner on the last webinar I watched. He was talking about apartments but I didnt see why I couldn't  analyze deals for clients on retail or office spa...

I see mixed review on yelp. 

Their are scripts online if you need help. 

It's fairly simple....ask the wholesaler to show you the purchase contract they have with the seller so you can review the terms/conditions that they agreed to in it. 

I decided that I would try, so I went online to find someone that does loans and went with a company that does conventional loans.

I ( c Corp) purchased a house for a fix and flip on an online auction.

Anyway its somewhat complicated - so buyer beware    - but overall a sewer system should be great for the area as in-n-out, trader joes, etc.. will be able to do traditional builds rather then complicated septic system/environmental reviews etc.   

Do you have them all laid out and just need someone to review and identify the holes?
