Help Running Multifamily Numbers?

Hey all, my wife and I have focused on single family rentals in the Denver area up until this point, with the goal of getting into multifamily properties.

The deal that has particularly piqued my interest is a 30+ unit in the Denver area and I was wondering if anyone in the BP network that has more experience in this space would be willing to run through the numbers with me? I know I'm asking for a lot, but have been encouraged by how helpful the community has been up until this point!
