Alternatives for pulling out equity

I ( c Corp) purchased a house for a fix and flip on an online auction. Paid cash, house was occupied and to make a long story short, After one whole year and many court visits we finally agreed on them moving out by mid August. I have a lot of equity (500k) on the house and would like to take out a loan to continue doing business. What type of loan do you recommend?
