I will still stand for the review I gave it in my original post, I think Pace and his team and the community is amazing.

i called a number I found on line and it was his personal number he said and he not working for Rad. 

Greg,You are correct I made some opinions based on reviews and a youtube video I watched where the first thing the gentleman said is "We are Not a lender".

Or when syndication is struggling like it is move into the training business.there is huge money leveraging your on line popularity where folks will have an irrational opinion of someones bona fides based on SM media presence etc.

I know it's a long shot, but I'm currently having lawyers review the signed subscription documents to see if there's any way to minimize the losses here. 

I think there is enough information online that another course isn't going to move the needle on getting involved with a MF property or not.

I was searching for a PPR Review within the last year and I think the most current one I could find was from 3 or 4 years ago.
