Buying a wholesale property

I’m looking to buy a wholesale option. What questions should I be asking the wholesaler to protect myself/interest?  Thanks a bunch!

It's fairly simple....ask the wholesaler to show you the purchase contract they have with the seller so you can review the terms/conditions that they agreed to in it.  After all, that's really what you're agreeing to abide by when you sign the assignment contract.  Beyond that, do your own due diligence on the property.  In other words, have your own inspections, repair estimates, etc done (just like with any other purchase) to make sure the numbers work for you.  Don't trust their numbers because they're not the ones on the hook for it once the purchase is complete.
