Purchasing is smooth but the PM business is really slow and unresponsive.

@David Rincon You're really going to need some cash and or smooth talking skills to pull this sort of thing off but I can think of two ways to make it work.a) find yourself a suitable property that is being lease-optioned.

I don't think your finance numbers are anywhere in the ball park. unless its owner carry.. also keep in mind low end rentals like these will be work to keep maintained and running smooth.. markets price for risk.. low price higher risk.. just a fact of life in the mid west deep south.
