Wholesaling in Los Angeles

Hey everyone! I recently helped my father close on a 4-plex in Los Angeles this past year via assignment, but have not been able to get down a consistent lead flow for wholesaling real estate. Is there anyone in Los Angeles that currently has a Wholesaling operation that may offer a little insight on the market competition? What are some of the things you're doing to get more consistent lead flow?

LA is one of the most competitive markets in the Nation and as such, you need to have multiple nets cast and stay consistent with your marketing. Door knocking, pocket listings, internet presence, direct mail, etc are all options for you but the key is getting motivated home sellers in front of you. This goes for rehabbers or wholesalers.
