Looking for luxury home builders in Austin

Hey everyone, 

I'm currently working in land acquisition for an investment firm based out of Houston and am looking to expand operations in Austin, TX. I'm starting out with luxury single family homes and would love if anyone could recommend me some builders they have worked with. We are looking to pay at least $1M for the dirt and will put up the equity for the deal (among other possible term structures). Can give more info if needed!

Are you looking for a builder partner or GC for the build?

I completed a teardown/new build with a builder partner where the finished product sold for $1.27 m. Same builder is working on another project where the final product is projected to be in the $3 - 3.5 m range.
