My thinking is that if they see a random person sending them mail regarding the estate they may ignore it.I'd be interested to see what other people have to say on this matter.

Yes, i wouldn't trust a random agent off the street, but if you screen your agent, you should end up in good hands.

I've closed many deals with these agents.I just found one random site just to show you how easy it would be to locate a company willing to allow the Realtor to keep majority of their commission.I'm sensing a little jealousy of not living in Texas vs.
