I was recently contacted (twice in one day) by company claiming to have looked up my homes for sale on CL and wanted to discuss the terms.

Turns out they are a company called Z-Buyers, they want to have me share my porfolio with them so they can list the units for thier members.

Anyone experienced with them?

Thanks Ez

does the Z stand for Zack? Lol

1 deal a week and you do it on the side? Sounds like a great system. Why not put more time into it? If you are making avg 5k a deal, that equals 20k month or 240k a year just from $180 mo in marketing. Why isn't everyone doing this? I must be missing something. Am I?
