Newbie from Columbia, Maryland.
Hello,
My name is Kevin and I am a residential real estate appraiser based in Maryland. I work mostly in Montgomery county, Washington, DC, and some other regions in Maryland and Virginia.
I decided to join BP community after randomly listening to some of the podcasts and I absolutely loved it. After digging through this website for a while, I finally realized that I want to give it a shot at wholesaling, and hopefully do some flippings and buy and holds later on. With this being said, I'd love to network with some of savvy local investors and possibly learn a few things here and there.
