RE investing is an exciting, and sometimes stressful world, but it can be extremely rewarding if you do it right. 

I am excited, but often times I get stuck in my thoughts about how I should start out.

Now, my question is: I'm expecting to purchase my first car by the end of the year (Tesla Model 3, so excited!!).

I am excited to be entertaining one, but I want to make sure I get a good deal.  

Thanks for everything I've already learnt so far, super excited to continue learning, and hopefully be in a place one day when I can give back to this amazing community of like minded, helpful individuals!

The neighborhood appears much nicer compared to some of the past possibilities I have looked at.I'm definitely excited and ready to start my Real-Estate investing career.
