Hi I'm Jess, I am making a career change from insurance to real estate investing and property management in Monmouth and Ocean county NJ. My husband has many years of experience with contracting and property management. Our plan is to find some private investors in our area and do a couple fix and flips to get started. As well as manage a couple properties for private investors. I am focusing on learning as much as I can from anyone that is  willing to share and help us grow our business. My hope is that my husband will be able to leave his job after one year, and we can both focus on real estate and heading towards our goal of financial freedom.
