Locked up first deal in San Diego! MFR House Hack

My wife and I are excited that we just locked up our first income property in contract!  Hopefully everything goes well during inspections and we can close the deal...

The property is duplex, 2/1 units in the North Park neighborhood San Diego, CA. We financed the deal with a 5% FHA loan and plan to house hack, living in one unit while renting the other which is currently occupied.

Understanding the market here is hot, with limited inventory, we put an offer on this property sight unseen first day on the MLS... while my wife is 8 months pregnant... It hasn't been easy, but we are well on our way to accomplishing a large goal of ours. Gotta do whatever it takes to get there!
