New to San Antonio TX
Hello all,
I am moving to San Antonio to attend school for 4 years. I am purchasing my first house and had the idea that this can be the start of my real estate investing endeavor! I am excited, but often times I get stuck in my thoughts about how I should start out. I've been educating myself through reading books and articles here on BP (which have been truly awesome). I've thought about renting individual rooms when I move away, or investing in a duplex with a yard since I have a large dog.
I am moving to the area in mid-April and I am very willing to help out with labor or construction in return for assistance. Thank you all so much for your time!
