Certainly will need sufficient staff to help him understand the problem so that possible solutions can be modeled and an environmental impact study can be performed.

TrueCredit's model underestimated my true score across the board consistently.I have no experience with IdentityGuard, but I wasn't impressed with TrueCredit or the other one from Experian...I think.

The level of involvement is a common objection I'm hearing, but I know there are at least two PM companies in the area that specialize in the Rent by the Room model - Homeroom and Bungalow.

The wireless locks and cameras are an added expense, and I would imagine that it is too much trouble to have an internet service setup just to cancel it a week later, unless part of your business model is to include basic internet services.

It's true that some places will only book up last minute, but that depends on the particular location and is not a model you want to follow anyway.
