I have a STR property to analyze but don't want to pay $300

Air DNA is charging me $300 ( a whole year) just for the 1 analysis in the neighborhood that I want to look at to possibly purchase a property in.  I know this can make a big difference, but it seems really high!  Is there a more reasonable but equally (or close) product?  Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

I would never use ANY algorithm to do my research. What is the matter with taking a few hours to do the real work and check the platforms themselves? Your research will be far more accurate than anything AirDna could ever give you....

And its FREE....
