Wow- we now have a fish Czar. This is czar # 41 appointed by current pres. I feel so much better that he is worrying about this now, instead of economy and unemployment, etc. Rich

They won't even say the words " war on terror" any longer but I bet we get a press release declaring war on these freakin' carp.
