Hello guys,My current goal is to purchase a single family or a duplex in the Jacksonville area around the University of North Florida.

I'm not saying we have to be perfect, we as humans are flawed, but we also have to strive to be the best version of ourselves to allow for the right people and opportunities to come into our lives....So we open up ourselves and have a free flowing energy that lets the universe give us all that we want and be able to manifest and become the person we always knew we could be. 

I am currently finishing college and was a very active licensed sales agent doing property sales and rentals in the Columbia University area for a brokerage in 2013 and 2014.

Hello, I am a college student at the University of Florida, originally from Boca Raton and have been lurking the BP forums for a while and listening to the podcast, but this is my first post.

I am currently a part time MBA study at the University of South Florida. 

, and there is a large public university that provides space for student involved with local business. 

We have many different niches here in this area with military, universities, and a medical school.

I'm talking about real education like you might get from an on-line university, only better.The people in my group all have taken the same on-line classes - over 500 hours of classes, if you took them all.

I've also heard a little bit about Smart Start University in Independence and I'm interested in getting more information about that if anyone has input on that.
