Tom Kuhen

Hello all! My name is Tom Kuhen, and I currently live in Cleveland, Ohio and I am 26 years old. Im looking to start investing - primarily buying, rehabilitating, then selling single-family homes around the Cleveland area. I've been doing contracting for 6 years now. Given my experience from the contracting side, I know it will help with the estimating costs portion of the investing process, as well as the order of operations of doing a rehab. I purchased my first house as a live-in flip. After 3.5 years (1.5 more than we anticipated) we’ll be selling it this spring. I've put in many hours of listening to podcasts (BP and Flipping Junkie), and continue to listen to them everyday. I've just started attending the local REIA meetings, as well as a few other REI meetings. I'm open to any suggestions for any form of learning resource, whether it be books, podcasts, blogs, etc.
