Jacksonville (Single family or Duplex)
Hello guys,
My current goal is to purchase a single family or a duplex in the Jacksonville area around the University of North Florida. I have 15,000 is liquid capital. This will be my first investment. I looking to have this be a buy and hold (house hack). I will be living in the property and renting the other rooms out to students. I need to find a wholesaler and/or a Investment friendly realtor who would be willing to sit down and work with me. Real estate is my passion and look forward to the challenge of making it work. Any help is appreciated.
