Co-working space

Hello All,

Wondering if anyone has experience with co-working spaces. It seems they work best in larger population areas, but recently I've seen some pop-up in smaller geographic areas that share characteristics with where I am - Bozeman, Montana. I see a lot of people working in coffee shops, and rents in our downtown core are relatively high, so I wonder if there is an opportunity here. On the flip side, our start-up scene is small (but growing!), and there is a large public university that provides space for student involved with local business.

So, if anyone has ideas, experiences, wisdom or advice on how to set up one of these type of businesses, I'm all ears.

Thanks!

Chris
