Hello, I need some advice and TIA.Bought a house and got ah stop working order without doing any work, went to the city previous owners did work with no permits city told them and they did it anyway and sold the house even tho being notified.

We have an opportunity to buy out our father's shares of the commercial property LLC.Is it allowed to do a 1031 exchange from one LLC purchasing part ownership in another LLC? 

what do you need a realtor for ?

Like anything worth doing, real estate is a difficult but worthwhile endeavor that requires a lot of discipline, time and a lot of savings when you are first starting out. 

I do realize that in some cases the LT market rent can't support cashflow after paying for PITI but in cases where it does, this is an option.  

I will consult with a lawyer before I do take action.1. 

I've seen investors succeed in doing this in Hocking Hills Ohio.
