I’m a System Engineer by trait but I’ve always been very interested in RE investment.

I am 37 years old software engineer and want to build some rental properties for rainy days.

I also own a drafting and engineering business.

I'm good with the financials (engineering major, econ minor), handy, and enjoy researching properties and working on the stuff that doesn't require a license, so flipping is a good personality fit.

(Perhaps you know some lawyers, doctors, engineers looking to get a higher ROI than the stock market can provide?)

Maybe I can hire a structural engineer or a designer for a consult?

Or are you looking for something to be highly ranked in search engines, blog, allow people to contact you and submit requests/applications, etc. the answer to either is quite different.

As a carpenter with an engineering degree, I looked into other options and found a way to keep it alive and turn it into a very nice home.

I understand structural/truss engineering and could save developers tons of money in wasted material/time.
