Hi All, I am a newbie trying to learn the trick of the trade. I am located in Dallas, Texas. I read some discussions on BP and found it is wealth of information about real estate. I am 37 years old software engineer and want to build some rental properties for rainy days. Most of my finances are tied up to my primary ,So really interested to learn about no/low down payment options to start investing. Any suggestions on how to proceed. Thanks, Satish
