New member from Colorado

Hello, my name is Kyle. I am 31 years old, born and raised in Colorado. I am looking to get started with some rental properties and was lucky enough to find this site. I am looking to invest outside of Colorado as I am sure most of you know how crazy Denver is right now. I hope to use this forum more and more as questions and curiosities develop. 

I own and work at my own businesses (not related to real estate) which take up a majority of my time. I honestly just find real estate investing interesting and would like to learn more.
