Hello all,
Long time podcast listener and avid RE reader. Currently exiting the Army as an Engineer Officer and moving to Melbourne, FL to start a new career. Looking to buy and hold in Brevard County and maybe try the vacation rental scene as well. Currently looking for a 4/2+ beach side that needs work to serve as my primary residence.
