Finding the $$$ to complete a great rental property deal

Hi!

I'm looking for some direction to help me creatively finance what looks to be a great rental property opportunity in Seattle, WA. Anyone know hard money lenders / private money lenders to help fund a deal in Seattle for a Canadian?

Cheers for any and all assistance!

@Sherry Lawler BP maintains a list of hard money lenders by state -- the lenders in Washington can be found here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/hardmoneylenders/was...

Are you only interested in the hard money lending and private money creative financing options? If not, I would recommend trying to find a partner to finance the purchase. (Perhaps you know some lawyers, doctors, engineers looking to get a higher ROI than the stock market can provide?) Additionally, you should look into lease-options and seller financing as alternatives ways to finance the deal.
