Several questions come to mind are:1. usually with solar, PG&E sends an annual bill based on difference between electricity produced vs consumed for the year.

I am looking to rent a medical office space in Union County, New Jersey. 1st floor = 1400 SQ $21 per SQ Electric $1.50 per SQ = $2166 per year = 180.5 per month for electric. 

The owner wants to charge an additional $1.50 per sq to cover electric.

I parked it legally in the driveway BESIDE the house and had access to water, sewer, cable, wifi and electric from the house. 

In any case, it adds on electric utility billing as more work for me. 

So, I’m looking at a large house in my local area that has 5 units with 5 separate electricity meters.

The project is almost done with final expenses including paying granite, cabinets, labor for tile, final plumbing and electrical.

Some of the things I can tell you when inspecting stuff get a contractor that you trust and go together and do a walk through, check for foundation, plumbing, electricity, go to they attic and check stuff.
