Could use some assistance. I’ve been approached by a individual who’d like to combine all the duties of maintaining my buildings that I currently Farm out to several people. Plowing, future buildouts, electrical, plumbing, landscaping. Essentially everything but collecting rent. I’d like to get something in writing for this agreement. Y’all have anything?
