I would be overseeing the project, my partner would bring expertise and financial backing, and it would be a learning partnership exercise for me.

In this market it is so difficult to find a great deal on your own, relying on someone else to do the legwork not only takes the load off of you but relying on their experience and expertise allows you to get deals that you may not have found or been able to get into.

I do a little in Tampa, but my expertise is in the Orlando market. 

But I doubt you'll get someone with the expertise you need to do this for you at no charge.

Fuel your mind daily- Pick 1-2 marketing channels and stick to them, I suggest having 1 proactive and 1 reactive marketing channel- Pick 1-2 Markets and stick to them - Getting to know a new market takes time, boots on ground and expertise.
