Reasonable Real Estate developer Salary

Hi There,

I have a full time job receiving a W2 but I am a real estate developer on the side.

I only put maybe about 200 hours a year on my business and I file as an S-corp. I typically make from $100K to $200K net income a year excluding my full time job.

What will be a reasonable salary when I spent so little time managing the company?
