New to BP - Looking to meet out of state investors!

Hi Everyone, 

I am new to BP and wanted to introduce myself.  I am a new investor currently looking to buy my first rental. I am based in NYC but looking to invest out of state. I am currently looking in Tampa, Orlando and Delray Florida markets. 

I am considering either STR or small multi-family (2-4 units).
