Contracted with gas co. to install new gas line, which required tearing up the street, 2 flagmen and a policeman directing traffic for the disabled traffic light down the block.

Eventually, you will find someone who does good work for a fair price.If you want to do the expensive stuff (plumbing, electrical), you can still hire out the cheap stuff like painting and landscaping and free up more time.
