Might have to make up a story but they should have a record of the owner.I assume you have gone through County Recorder and Assessor records?

Add to that that rents don’t meet the 1% rule and for me at least it’s a walk away and “call me when you want to sell it.”The numbers don’t lie and in this case aren’t very forgiving.

I even checked the local assessor's office in that country to see if it listed the bank.
