If the tenant hides something or lies and I discover it later, that is grounds for termination.

If they’re lying they probably chose your property because you didn’t have a PM.

I have sold a lot of property and I always call the county assessors to make sure they’re caught up with rezoning reassessing.

While they mostly aren't lying, they leave out a lot of reality.Why would a government funded program like S8 pay MORE than market rents?

He continues to deny he lives there, lied to the police when they came with a code violation and inspection, and most recently overloaded the electrical and blew/snapped the line! 

I'm not an attorney or expert in AP specifically, but do have a working knowledge of it for Civil engineering/survey work and have had two projects where this came up and I was able to 'ride along' and see how it unfolded.First, if you 'know' the property has been taken by AP then there's nothing for you to do with the tax assessor etc.

The land assessment value is on the tax assessor's site in every county, but that doesn't hold a ton of relevance in my opinion.
