The refrigerator still works but with shelves ducktaped and cracked/missing parts.

All of our refrigerators either came with the building or were obtained in such a way as we have never had to choose the cubic feet size.

A guy wanted to get rid of a working refrigerator since he bought a new one.

The problem is that the newer refrigerant (R-410) is not compatible with an R-22 coil.

Cleanliness... in the kitchen, under the stove top, inside the refrigerator, inside every cabinet.

I also would like to point out again, that unless this is a very high rent unit, I would NOT put a NEW stove or refrigerator in it.
