I'm not sure how much of a market there is for that in CO but in NV I've been hosting open houses roughly 45 weeks a year for the past 5 years.

All have networking at their events and so,e have a guest speaker to help you learm.My goal this year is to attend 2 enevts a month besides the one I host.

You order a new lamp online & ship it - now you just need someone to open the box & plug in the lamp.Your handyman would do it if you can bundle it with a more beneficial (i.e., lucrative) task but he's not gonna come over just to plug in a lamp bc he's got other higher priority (i.e., lucrative) work.Your cleaners don't live nearby & don't have any other nearby work in the next 2 days so they can't plug in the lamp.Wondering how you guys handle this situation?

Then, separate the properties into an LLC faster.From an insurance perspective, most companies will bundle your first one to five properties with your home and auto.

Locally to Des Moines, we host a monthly meetup at Wobbly Boots (formerly at Ingersoll Tap) on the third Thursday about REI and another on the first Thursday at Feliz & Oscars focused on Financial Independence.

Are there options to bundle multiple properties and get a business loan or something that I'm not aware of to get a larger amount of money to invest and avoid walk-throughs of a lot of units?

Still, sounds like it's probably worth a shot to host a meeting to connect with those who may be excluded from others means of being contacted. 

My thoughts were to ask for references, ie other hosts.
