Bundling properties to get more financing
I have about 50% equity in multiple properties. Ideally I would like to use some of that equity for additional investments. I would prefer to avoid an appraiser needing to go through each unit for LOC or home loan. Are there options to bundle multiple properties and get a business loan or something that I'm not aware of to get a larger amount of money to invest and avoid walk-throughs of a lot of units?
