Should I start an LLC?

Hi, I'm looking into a couple of properties in the Indianapolis area, I'm hoping to close on one soon and I have another that I'm setting my sights on, my question is it worth having an LLC while only having 1-2 properties? Or should you wait until you have a larger portfolio, any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

@Tyler Wisner

Depends on how much the LLC costs in your area? If it's cheap then do it! In CA it is 800/year so I would said wait until you have 10 units.

If it was 50-100 bucks, I would do it.
