I recently purchased two boats for my own leasure and realized how difficult/expensive is to store them and how cheap a lot with a run down old home on a busy street is within 5 mins driving from the lake (expecially with issues of fire damage, asbestos etc) .

I go to the rekeying station at a hardware store and they usually have a bucket of keys.

I remember the CBD stores turned into dispensaries almost overnight.

People need to be transported there for a good reason. 1)Maybe a company is moving there or they need workers for some kind of especial mine.  2)I have been to Bakersfield myself, it is a desert not that many stores, and a forgotten town of California near Route 66 but that might change.

Do you have extra space where someone could park vehicles or store materials or equipment (trailers, boats, heavy equipment, icehouses, construction materials, tools, etc.)?

Does anyone recommend an online store to order from (Direct to consumer type).

Now neither of these are normally on the shelf at the local grocery store but always at the gas station for $2+ each.

The flip property was located next to a vacant lot with a corner store on the other side here in Miami’s Liberty city neighborhood.
