Newbie, who can help

Justin Woodford
Posted

I am new to the investing field.  I live in the Minnesota area. I have about $7000 cash in my pocket ready to go. Looking for someone to join me or help me get started in multifamily residential rentals. Can someone offer me advice or help me to get started.

@Justin Woodford Talk to @Tim Swierczek about down payment assistance programs and check into the NeighborhoodLIFT program to help get you a larger down payment. Prices are high and the market is very competitive for MF rentals so the more money you have to work with the better! As @Daniel Anshus said getting pre-approved will help you figure out next steps.
