Can someone direct me to where/how the best place(s) to go for this before I send out my direct mail campaign?

Direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

Is it worth doing off market campaigns for leads i  Durham?

I've been using it to track marketing campaigns and was able to really customize it to my liking.The cool thing about it is you can have different views like a grid view or form view.

from my existing network, pre-approvals back in an hour between 7a-Midnight, common sense underwriting, and truly helping their marketing "dreams" come to life (direct mail campaign, social media targeted advertisement, anything video/graphic design based, full access to my marketing department for advisory, etc). 

I suggest reading them all before running any direct mail campaign.

If these are really 2 separate campaigns, is my list big enough?
