CRM for Apartment Syndication...any suggestions?

I am looking for a CRM to manage a growing number of investors and sellers.  I am marketing to apartment owners as well as to potential investors.  Obviously, both groups have different workflows.

Is anyone aware of/using a CRM that they can recommend?  Most everything I've seen is geared toward wholesalers or flippers.
