My boyfriend and I are looking to invest in the Pittsburgh area, where he is from, but currently live in FL. We are planning to invest out of state, but are trying to find the best marketing strategies for the area we plan to invest in. We are seriously considering direct mail marketing, but would love some feedback! What are some online sources you recommend using, as well as the typical dollar amount per letter for those sources?

Thank you in advance!

Hey @Megan Fisher

Why would you even consider old fashioned mailing for 2020?

I would really recommend running a campaign that will bring you leads that are most certainly interested, get the information you need from them like email, phone, name, address, etc and afterward work towards closing those leads already interested.

Once you have created your own database of customers you can definitely create a funnel through different advertisement methods in order to pursue that closure, also follow up with them through email, which is going to be faster for you.

Should you have further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Cheers
