Wanted to get your general thoughts around value added buy and hold investing in Durham, NC.  We had been primarily investing in South Seattle area so far, and had good pipeline of off market deals. Just started expanding to Durham, hence reaching out to the experts.  Is it worth doing off market campaigns for leads i  Durham? Are there active wholesalers in the area?
