We've been hunting in the Western suburbs for the last month, and I see the same picture you describe.

How do I ( or anyone else)  build that in Phoenix, or Atlanta, or Ohio, while living on the West Coast?

I'm located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago & looking to get started by the end of March early April to get really moving in fix & flip game.

Even the house that I rented out in Oklahoma when I moved back to the east coast cost me money every month to the tune of $150-200. $1200 mortgage, taxes and insurance, $1100 rent, 110 management fees... it was not a sustainable business model; lesson learned, don't be a long-distance land lord.

My husband and I were thinking of constructing the mini homes for the many people that live on the coasts.
