Hello BP Community! I am a new member located in Northern VA. My husband and I have 1 rental property in Palm Coast, FL. (we inherited his Mom's house and decided to rent it out). We have had a great experience so far and are looking to partner with my parents to do some flips and buy and holds. I am trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investing and look forward to meeting many of you!
